Shipping
FREE Shipping to the U.S. for the following items: SkeeterVac mosquito traps, Endless Summer table-top patio heaters, Endless Summer free standing patio heaters, Outdoor Fireplaces, and Outdoor Fire Pits. All other items have a shipping charge.  Please e-mail us for a shipping quote on all overseas orders.
 
Orders addressed to the continental United States, Canada and Mexico are shipped UPS ground and take between 4-10 business days to arrive.  Hawaii/Alaska shipments are shipped via UPS 3-day air and are subjected to shipping fees.  Please e-mail for a shipping quote on this service.
 
International Customers
 
Overseas shipments are shipped UPS 3-day air and usually take 5-15 business days for delivery.  Please e-mail us with details of your shipment and destination address, including the zip code, so we may provide you with an accurate shipping quote on your order. 
 
Expedited/Express Shipping
 
These shipping services are available for an additional fee.  Expedited is normally 2-3 days delivery time.  Express is overnight.  E-mail us with destination address for a shipping quote.
 
Change of Address Fee
 
Please ensure that the shipping address that you provide contains accurate information, including zip code and telephone number.  In the event a shipment is sent to an incorrect address due to an error at My Outdoor Source, we will have the shipment re-routed at our expense.  However, if the address we received on the order form is incorrect, then all fees billed by UPS for re-direction or re-shipment of the package, will be charged to you.  If the shipment cannot be re-routed and is sent back to our warehouse, UPS will charge a return shipping fee, from your zip code back to our warehouse, this fee will be charged to you.
 
Shipping Damage - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
 
If an item is damaged in shipping, the customer must keep all packaging and notify My Outdoor Source by e-mail of specific damage within 15 days of receiving shipment.  Any claim made after 15 days of receiving shipment will not be eligible for compensation of any type.  
My Outdoor Source will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for product replacement and return shipping through UPS.  If original box and internal packaging is (a) discarded before UPS inspects the shipment, or (b) damaged items are shipped back to the factory by the customer without a Return Authorization Number from My Outdoor Source, the replacement claim that My Outdoor Source made with UPS on behalf of the customer will be null and void.  This will result in a denied claim with UPS and a replacement or refund for the damaged item will not be issued.

Returns
The products sold at My Outdoor Source are guaranteed to satisfy!  If you are not happy with your purchase, or need to return it for any reason, we will make arrangements to exchange, replace, or accept your return for a full refund, less shipping.  All refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
 
Merchandise must be returned to us pre-paid within 15 days of receiving your shipment "NEW" unused, undamaged condition and with it's original packaging (if your shipment was damaged in transit - do not return - please read below)
 
Inspect Your Merchandise:
 
Before receiving your shipment, be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery.  If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged, simply refuse to accept delivery, stating contents damaged upon inspection.  Contact My Outdoor Source and we will replace that item at no cost to you.  If you do not immediately inspect your shipment for damage at the time of delivery,  you must keep all packaging and e-mail us within 3 days of arrival of the specific damage with supporting pictures.   My Outdoor Source will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.  If an item is found damaged beyond repair, My Outdoor Source will initiate a damage claim with the shipping company and issue a refund of the purchase price of the product.
 
If original packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or damaged items are shipped back to the factory by the customer without a Returned Goods Authorization form, the replacement claim that My Outdoor Source made with the shipping company, on behalf of the company will be null and void.  This will result in a denied claim with the shipping company, and replacement or refund will not be issued.
 
Warranty Replacement:
 
In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, My Outdoor Source will, at its discretion and expense, replace any parts that are found defective within 15 days of purchase.  My Outdoor Source must be notified by e-mail with supporting pictures or proof of defect of the part, or item claimed to be defective.  If returning item for replacement or refund, merchandise must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number, or it will be refused.  All returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
